GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE (No Surprises Act)

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental‑health care will cost. You will receive a written estimate in advance if you are uninsured or choose self‑pay. For questions or to request an estimate at any time, please contact us.

TELEHEALTH STATEMENT

Telehealth sessions are conducted through a separate HIPAA‑compliant video platform with a secure client portal. Before your first video session you will sign a Telehealth Informed Consent that explains:

  • Technology requirements and risks

  • Emergency procedures

  • Protection of your privacy

Telehealth is provided only to clients who are physically in California at the time of service.

TERMS OF USE

By accessing the Site you agree to:

  1. Use content for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

  2. Refrain from infringing copyright, introducing malware, or attempting unauthorized access.
